All our sales are final and no refunds will be given. As all of our products are digital software/ Services, delivered instantly once payment is received it is impossible for you to return a product to use for a refund. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS UNDER THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES

  • You just change your mind

  • Your client didn't go for it
  • You've decided our product/services. is "Not what I need"
  • You find that our product/services. doesn't suit your needs
  • Your system does not meet the minimum requirement to run
  • You don’t have time to implement things on our software
  • You've found a different solution
  • If you purchase one of our products/services., after your payment has cleared your license to use the software will be activated. Once the license is activated, no refunds will be given. We have this policy since it would be impossible for you to return your registered version of our software.
  • We don't offer a refund if that is a team-we will use the slot to transfer the deactivated account.
  • In rare instances and only within 5 days of purchase, if due to technical difficulties or platform incompatibilities the software will not function, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund. In such instances, we require that you provide enough information for us to positively identify your purchase transaction (e.g., order number, your company name, date of transaction, purchase code, number of licenses purchased, etc.). If we are able to positively identify your order, and if your request is made within 5 days of purchase, you must submit to us a email or letter of destruction of on-premise software on your company letterhead or company email before we will process the refund. tuberpage.com is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected mail or email, delays for downloading, or other communication system delay.

TERMINATION WITHOUT REFUND

We reserve the right to terminate accounts without refund or prior notice if you violate our published Terms of Use or become verbally abusive to our staff, other users of our site or our associates. In case such a user tries to resubscribe to our site we reserve the right to terminate his/her account without a refund or prior notice and block his/her IP address.
